Last updated: 1.01.2026 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the websites alexgrey.store (the “Website”) and all purchases made through them. The Website operates under the brand name SATORI and is legally owned and operated by Satorial Oy, Helsinki, Finland (“Satorial”, “SATORI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website or place an order.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all visitors and customers of the Website. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time an order is placed shall apply to that order.

3. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. Some products may be: made to order, produced in limited quantities or offered as pre-orders. Due to the use of natural materials and handcrafted production methods, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. Such variations are natural characteristics of the products and do not constitute defects.

4. Prices, Taxes & Payments

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include Finnish VAT at the applicable rate (currently 24%), unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers. Accepted payment methods may include:

• online banking payments
• credit and debit cards
• mobile payment methods

as made available through Paytrail or other licensed payment institutions. SATORI does not store or process full payment card or bank details. Orders become binding only after successful payment authorization and order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of payment failure, incorrect pricing, or suspected misuse of the Website.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped from Finland using professional logistics partners. Delivery methods, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are described in the Delivery & Shipping section of the Website. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary, particularly for made-to-order products. SATORI is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including transport disruptions or force majeure events.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Finnish and EU consumer protection legislation. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• made-to-order products
• personalized products where permitted by law

Customers may unpack and inspect products to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality. If a product has been handled beyond what is necessary for such inspection and this results in a reduction in value, SATORI may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Detailed return conditions and instructions are set out in the Returns & Exchanges section of the Website.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including texts, images, product designs, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Satorial Oy or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SATORI shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business interruption. SATORI’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection legislation.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through amicable negotiation. If no settlement is reached, disputes may be submitted to the District Court of Helsinki, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Consumers within the EU may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
